Don’t Sweat It!I worked out FOR you Today.

Is the thought that someone worked out FOR you too good to be true?  We all have our reasons for not getting in a daily workout, or even starting some kind of fitness or nutrition program:

I don’t have enough time!

After chasing my kids around all day, I just don’t have the energy!

Gym memberships are too expensive in this economy!

I want to start, but none of my friends will do it with me!

My family has bad genetics, so nothing is going to work for me!

Any of these sound familiar?

If so, no worries, I got ya covered. So go ahead, splurge at dinner guilt free.

Don’t allow those negative voices in your head keep you from taking that first step!  Remember, you aren’t in this thing alone!  Will there be rough days where you struggle or totally fail?  YES! But I will be there to support you, encourage you, and when needed … even push you to pick yourself back up and get back on track.

I have been totally blessed in my life to have others that believed in me more than I believed in myself initially, and if you will let me, I’d like to do the same for you!

Great video Jimmy!  I’ve lost 60+ pounds and am down to my last 10 or so.  :)  BUT…. I have injured my left arm, which you would think is not a big deal…. but it is!!  I have nerve damage and am not able to do a lot at all with that arm.  Even bringing my heart rate up too much hurts.  I’m so bummed!  But I’ve been trying to do some Yoga and walking short distances.  My arm is slowly improving, but it will be awhile before I can return to full exercise.   Any other suggestions?

When I saw the pics of your fit body I would have NEVER guessed you had been 100 lbs overweight before.  That is an inspiration.  I used to be fit, got out of shape and now I have to start over again.  Its not easy.
